1 Lt brewed coffee, left to cool – preferably filter, but plunger will work too
100 ml bourbon (I use Wild Turkey)
1/2 can of condensed milk
200 ml full cream milk
ice to serve

Mix the condensed milk with the equal quantity of milk, shake or stir until they combine into an even consistency. Add the bourbon and mix thoroughly. Set aside – in a squeezy bottle if you have one.
Pour the cold coffee into ice-filled vessels of your choice, leaving some room for a good squirt of the sweet boozy milk, stir with a straw – done!
makes 5 cups(ish)
